Harmonica House is modern apartment house which harmonically inscribes in historic urban space of Kazimierz as well as situated on the corner of building quarter Bonifraterska, Trynitarska, Krakowska streets and Wolnica Square. Direct neighborhood with neo-gothic hospital of Brothers Hospitallers of St. John of God influenced on architectural design. Form refers and continues material solutions traditionally used in Krakow such as white plasterwork and red brick and combines them with contemporary glass dormers on the façades.
Building is designed on the U-shape with inner yard. It offers a classic functional configuration; on ground floor there are situated commercial premises and on the following 5-storey there are 56 mixed-area apartments. Beneath whole estate there is placed underground car park with exposed and preserved relics of 16th century tenant house.
